Larissa is a mother, birth doula, public health advocate, former hospital program administrator and community organizer. Her multi-disciplined background helps her provide expectant mothers with real world skills and useful tools for understanding birth as a biological process and a health care experience. Classes are designed to be accessible to any woman – partnered or single, planning a hospital or out of hospital birth, anticipating use of pain medication or not, and those who are open to learn and decide as the class evolves. You will leave the class with the tools to make good decisions for yourself, based on evidence-based data and your individual goals.
